Therefore, we’ve included three of our favourite BBQ recipes you can try on your new Campingaz Party Grill. These recipes are sure to impress your friends and family, making your experience even more memorable. Plus, don’t forget to check out our accessory shop for all your BBQ needs.
BBQ Honey Glazed Chicken Wings
Ingredients: Serves 4-6 people
800g Chicken Wings
Salt & Pepper, to taste
120ml Honey
60ml Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Ginger, minced
Instructions:
- Season the Wings:Â Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper.
- Prepare the glaze:Â In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Glaze the wings:Â Brush the chicken wings with half of the honey glaze.
- Grill the Wings:Â Place the wings on the BBQ and cook for 20-25 minutes, turing and brushing with more glaze every 5 minutes, until they are cooked through and caramelised.
- Serve:Â Time to serve the wings hot with any remaining glaze for dipping.
BBQ Grilled Halloumi & Vegetable Skewers
Ingredients: serves 4-6 people
250g Halloumi cheese, cut into chunks
Red Pepper, cut into chunks
Yellow Pepper, cut into chunks
Courgette, sliced
1 tbsp dried oregano
Red onion, cut into wedges
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the skewers:Â Thread halloumi, peppers, courgette, and red onion onto skewers.
- Make the marinade:Â MiX olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Marinate the skewers:Â Brush the skewers with the marinade.
- Grill the skewers:Â Place the skewers on the BBQ and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turing occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the halloumi is golden.
Classic BBQ Burgers
Ingredients: serves 4 people.
500g beef mince
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg
Salt and pepper, to taste
Burger buns
Cheese slices (optional)
Your favourite burger toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, etc.)
Instructions:
- Prepare the burger mix:Â In a bowl, mix the beef mince, onion, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the Patties:Â Shape the mixture into burger patties.
- Preheat the BBQ:Â Preheat your Campingaz Party Grill and cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking and close the BBQ lid to melt the cheese.
- Toast the buns:Â While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute.
- Serve:Â Assemble your burgers with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
