Giving a great handover experience is what we’re all about. When you pick up the keys to your new motorhome rest assured you’ll have all the information you need to understand your motorhome inside out. Our qualified handover technician Simon has been with the company for over 10 years, During that time he’s gathered extensive knowledge of motorhomes and he’ll be happy to assist you, whether it’s your first time or you’re a seasoned professional.
Upon your arrival, you’ll be greeted by your sales representative who will welcome you to Southdowns. We have a designated handover bay at the back of our showroom, which is sectioned off to allow for plenty of space to explore your new vehicle. During your handover with us you can expect refreshments, plenty of biscuits and a place to sit and have a break if needed. Each handover slot allows for time to fully explore your vehicle and go over any questions you may have. We also provide a series of useful tips, video links to look back on and a member’s card for choosing Southdowns.

Your handover can be booked in at 10:00am or 14:00pm Monday-Friday. We believe picking up the keys to your new motorhome is reason to celebrate so remember to grab a photo with our fantastic handover board.
