What to Expect on Handover Day
When you collect your motorhome, you’ll receive a personal handover with Simon, one of our experienced technicians. Simon will guide you through all the key features and controls, ensuring you understand how everything works. This session lasts approximately two hours, giving you plenty of time to ask questions.
During the handover, we’ll cover:
- How to operate the heating, water, and electrical systems
- Using the kitchen appliances
- Setting up and using the bed arrangements
- Filling and emptying water tanks
- Gas bottle connection and safety checks
- Basic driving tips, including the best way to manoeuvre and park
- General maintenance and servicing advice
If you have specific questions or need extra help with anything, our technician will be happy to go over things in more detail.
A Comfortable Environment
To make your visit more enjoyable, our handover area includes:
- A comfortable seating area
- Complimentary tea and coffee
- Free on-site parking
If you’re travelling from further away and need to stay overnight, we can recommend local campsites and hotels.
Booking Your Handover
Once your motorhome is ready for collection, our team will call to arrange your handover appointment. Handover appointments can be booked in at 10:00am or 14:00pm Monday-Friday. We believe picking up the keys to your new motorhome is reason to celebrate, so remember to grab a photo with our happy handover board.
