1. How to Make a Complaint
If you wish to make a complaint, please COMPLETE THIS FORM.
2. What Happens Next
- Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days of receiving it.
- Investigation: We will thoroughly investigate the matter and may contact you if we need more information.
- Response: We will aim to provide a full written response within 14 working days of the acknowledgement.
If for any reason we are unable to resolve the matter within this timeframe, we will update you on progress and let you know when you can expect a final response.
3. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you can ask for it to be reviewed by a company director. The director will re-examine your case and provide a final written response.
